| 摘 要： | 针对包装行业对不规则物料包装大多采用预制袋，由人工包装方式完成的落后状况，研制了不规则物料全自动包装及智能标识一体化包装机。采用光电计数、自动称重定量供料和新的不规则物料包装入袋工艺，建立包装产品的信息和知识库，由单片机控制，将供料、装料、封口、标识工序并行集成，完成一体化包装，同时实现对包装信息的智能化标识。
