车载类火炮发射动力学仿真计算研究

摘    要:用Kane方法对坦克炮进行发射动力学仿真研究的目的是为车载火炮的结构设计、参数优化及射击密集度分析提供依据 ;建立了任意组混合装药的经典内弹道计算模型 ,编制了相应的计算机软件 ;建立了坦克炮多柔体系统动力学模型 ;实现了动力学仿真软件的参数化、自动化 ;在此基础上 ,实施了多工况的动力学仿真计算 ;并对计算结果与试验结果进行了分析比较 ,提出了有关建议。研究结果表明 :本文的动力学仿真计算结果与试验结果一致 ,采用的方法正确可行。

Abstract:This paper focuses on dynamic simulation for launching of tank gun by the way of Kane methods. The article aims to supply for structure design and parameter optimize and analysis of firing density. The main contents are included as follows: The first, the model of classic interior ballistics is set up, in which there may be any mixed charges. The calculating program is designed. The second, the dynamic model is established for flexible bodies of tank gun. The third, the parametric and automatic are realized in the simulation software. Based on these, the dynamic simulation calculation is implemented, the predicted results are compared with test data and some of suggestions are put forward. The result indicates that the paper about dynamic simulation calculation is correct according to test.
