| 摘 要： | ＳｏｌｌａｃＦｏｓ公司与奥钢联工程技术有限公司联合开发和实施了一个独特的高效率的方案，以改造ＦｏｓｓｕｒＭｅｒ钢厂的双流权坯连铸机。该改造项目的是用直结晶器替代弧形结晶器，铸机停产时间仅为９天，同时最大度地使用了现有设备、，此次改造的主要目标是提高连铸坯的质量以满足生产汽车外露部件的严格要求。

| Abstract: | Sollac Fos and VAI jointly developed and implemented a unique and highly cost effective solution for the upgrading of the 2 strand slab caster at the steel works in Fos sur Mer,France The project featured the replacement of a curved mold type machine head by a straight mold type machine head with only nine days of caster downtime and with maximized utilization of existing equipment The primary target of this modernization project was to improve the cast steel quality to meet the strict requirements for exposed automotive applications |
