| 摘 要： | 水蒸气蒸馏技术是分离和提纯化合物的重要方法。本文综述了水蒸气蒸馏的应用领域，操作方式，重点论述了水蒸气蒸馏在精细化学品生产中分离异构体、反应、回收溶剂、回收未反应的或过量的原料、提纯高沸点物质和去除反应的杂质等方面的应用现状。

| Abstract: | The steam distillation technology is an important method to the separation and purification of organic substances.The operation types and fields of the steam distillation are reviewed.The isomers separation,reaction,the recovery of solvent and unreacted or excess raw materials,puriflcation materials with higher boiling point and remove the impurity with steam distillations are emphasized. |
