抄纸白水沉积物中碳酸钙和纤维的回收

摘    要:分析了抄纸白水沉积物中碳酸钙和纸浆纤维的结合形态,研究了机械解离-筛分-水力分级方法回收沉积物中碳酸钙和纤维的技术。结果表明,采用该技术可获得纯度较高的碳酸钙产物。实验室回收实验获得的碳酸钙产物纯度为90.2%,工业扩大试验产物纯度为88.9%。实验室和工业扩大试验获得的富含纤维产物中CaCO_3含量分别为17.3%和21.9%。

Abstract:The technique of reclaiming calcium carbonate and fibers from the sludge of papermaking whitewater by mechanical disintegration- screening-classification method was developed through studying the combining behavior between calcium carbonate and paper fibers in the sludge. The results showed that calcium carbonate can be liberated from the fibers through mechanical disintegration of the sludge,the disintegrated sludge is screened with a 0.03mm size screen,high quality fibers and CaCO_3 can be produced by classification of the screened accepts.The CaCO_3 content of the calcium carbonate product obtained in the laboratory is 90.2%,and that of the product obtained in industrial trial is 88.9%.The CaCO_3 contents of the fibers products obtained in laboratory and industrial trial are 17.3% and 21.9% respectively.
