摘    要:结合酒钢CSP薄板坯连铸机实际生产过程,考虑到浇铸过程中的安全及可靠性、水温调节大惯性等因素,给出了一种基于预设定和前馈的增量式PID调节控制器设计和实际应用。实践表明,该控制器对薄板坯连铸机的水温控制是安全、有效的,并适用于其他连铸机结晶器冷却水水温控制。

Abstract:This paper gives design and practical application of a sample increment PID controller based on previous setting-point and forward feedback in JISCO CSP caster production. This controller takes into consideration safety, reliability and big-inertia in mold cooling water temperature adjustment during caster process. In practice, this controller is safe and available to thin slab caster mold cooling water temperature control. It is also available to others easter mold cooling water temperature control.
