| 摘 要： | 大包盖控制系统是连铸机生产作业开始的关键工序,其中旋转定位检测装置是否可靠、精确运行直接关系到炼钢厂的安全生产。针对大包盖检测装置频繁出现的故障,进行装置改造和程序优化。改进后的系统运行稳定,效果明显。

| Abstract: | The control system of the ladle cover is the key process of the continuous casting production.The reliable and accurate running of the rotating position detecting device influences directly the normal safe production of the steelmaking plant.This paper introduces the method of the equipment reforming and the program optimization aiming to frequent fault of the rotating position detecting device of the ladle cover.After the promotion,this system runs reliably and has obvious effect. |
