| 摘 要： | 对精炼过程中夹杂物行为的试验表明，吹氩搅拌可显著减少夹杂物数量，降低夹杂物浓度，增大夹杂物尺寸。在莱钢90 t LF/VD精炼钢包炉安装智能吹氩设备，建立了智能吹氩标准，实现了氩气流量的精确控制，降低了轧材中夹杂物的含量，提高了产品的实物质量，同时电耗和电极消耗分别下降了27%和14%，氩气消耗降低了26%。
