| Abstract: | To better slove the employment problem in vocational colleges,this essay presents possible solutions such as making use of government function,adjusting the discipline structure and the personnel training model,improving the work of employment guidance and changing both the employers＇ and the graduates＇ views of employment,to build a persistent effect mechanism of the employment work. |
