摘    要:筛分析是泥沙颗粒分析的方法之一。新引进的SFY -C音波振动式全自动筛分粒度仪采用音波振动 ,使空气在一个密封的叠筛腔体中运动 ,震荡的空气使样品颗粒作周期的垂直运动 ,筛网的堵孔现象少 ;使用电磁铁垂直敲击 ,使团聚的颗粒分散 ,减少了筛网的磨损和颗粒被打碎的现象 ,大大提高了筛分效率 ,具有较好的可靠性和实用性 ,准确性高 ,稳定性好。该仪器使用Windows操作界面 ,操作方便 ,自动化程度高 ,数据处理微机化 ,使颗粒分析工作向自动化方向发展

Abstract:Screen analysis is one of the sediment grain size analysis methods.The newly imported SFY-C type sonic vibrating and fully automatic screening granulometer makes use of sonic vibration to force air to move in an enclosed box cavity with overlapped screens in it,and the vibrating air causes the sample sediment grains to move periodically and vertically,resulting in little plugging of screen openings.The granulometer also makes use of the vertical beating of electro-magnetic beaters to disperse dumplings of sediment grains and to reduce abrasion and breakage of sediment grains,greatly raising the efficiency of screening.The granulometer is reliable and applicable,and has high accuracy and good stability.Since it has a Windows operation interface,its operation is convenient and is highly automated.The data processing has been computerized,so that the sediment grain size analysis is developing toward automatization.
