铝合金模锻件热处理过程的热力耦合分析

摘    要:采用有限元法对一个铝合金模锻件的沸水淬火和时效处理过程进行了热力耦合分析 ,研究了淬火过程中锻件与沸水之间的换热系数对淬火变形的影响、淬火过程中工件内应力的变化和水温对锻件残余应力的影响。对于铝合金锻件热处理过程的有关材料和工艺参数以及热处理结果进行了实验检测 ,并采用数值方法进行了处理。本文的研究对于控制和改进铝合金锻件热处理工艺具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:The quenching in boiled water and arificial aging process of an aluminum alloy forging was analyzed by FEM with coupled thermal mechanical approach.The numerical results reveal the effect of the heat transfer coefficient between the forging and the boiled water on the quenching deformation of the forging,the effect of the water temperature on residual stress of the forging,and provide the stress development through quench process.Experiments are carried out,combined with numerical approach,to determine the material and process parameters,and to examine the results of the heat treatment process.The studies are directive to control and improve the heat treatment process of aluminum forgings.
