摘    要:根据前期的实验结果对转笼生物反应器运行影响因素进行了分析,发现其污水处理率主要与转笼转速、曝气量、污水流速、浸没量等因素有关。为了得到较优的运行参数,采用混合正交实验方案进行测试,实验结果表明:在转笼转速为1.5 r/min、曝气量为2 m3/h、污水流速1 m3/h、转笼完全浸没、平均水力停留时间为80.5min条件下,COD和NH3-N的去除率分别达到82.18%和81.62%,为转笼生物反应器的实际应用提供参考。

Analysis and optimization of parameters affecting the performance of cage-rotor bioreactors

Abstract:Analyses of the operation of a cage-rotor bioreactor show that the main factors influencing treatment efficiency are the rotation rate of the cage-rotor, aeration rate, wastewater discharge and immergence of the bioreactor. In order to maximize the operation efficiency, orthogonal experiments were designed and performed. The results show that the removal rates of COD and NH3-N are, respectively, 82.18% and 81.26% when the bioreactor is totally submerged, and the rotation rate of the cage-rotor, aeration rate, wastewater discharge and average hydraulic retention time are, respectively, 1.5 r/min, 2 m^3/h, 1 m^3/h and 80.5 minutes. These results provide references for the application of cagerotor bioreactors.
