| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了永通铸管公司采用喷镁脱硫工艺,改善了铸管用原料铁水条件.同时对喷镁脱硫效率低的原因进行了分析,并提出改进措施.通过增加脱硫前、脱硫后铁水扒渣时间,调整镁粉载气压力与下料速度,确定合理的铁水液面高度,重新设置计算机专家系统参数等措施,提高了喷镁脱硫率.铁水脱硫率有了显著提高,达到了平均82%,满足铸管用铁水要求...
