摘    要:数据通讯是控制系统的关键技术之一。本文阐述了西门子S7系列PLC数据通讯在某大型水压机控制系统中的实现,介绍了3种常用的通讯网络。针对该水压机控制系统对输入信号需做出快速实时响应的特点,合理地选用了PROFIBUS-DP和MPI2种网络实现了不同PLC间的数据通讯,并给出了部分通讯程序。实践表明该系统的数据通讯功能运行情况良好,既满足了实时快速性要求,又具备较高的通讯效率。

Abstract:Data communication is the one of the key factors in control system. The realization of Data communication between SimaticS7 PLC in the control system of a large hydraulic press machine is interpreted in the thesis. Three kinds of popular communicationnetwork are introduced. Aiming at the characteristic of responding to input signal promptly, PROFIBUS- DP and MPI have been ap-propriately selected to carry out the data communication between different PLC, and part of the program is interpreted. The systemfunctions well and reliable. The speedy and Real- time requests have been satisfied and the system is efficient.
