| 摘 要： | 针对我国数控人才培养还存在的诸多问题,提出应当从精炼理论教学内容、加强专业实践培训、改革专业课程体系、培养掌握数控技术的"双师型"教师队伍、加强校企合作等五个方面来共同努力,力争培养出大批高质量的数控技术人才.

| Abstract: | Aim at the problems of CNC person with ability training,bring forward that we should be teaching from the refined theory,and strengthen the training of professional practice,the reform of the professional curriculum,to develop the "dual-qualified" master teachers of CNC technology to strengthen school-enterprise cooperation in five aspects,such as efforts to nurture high-quality CNC technicians. |
