摘    要:动作时间tA和恢复时间tR是正温度系数热敏电阻器(PTCR)最重要的两个时间参数。笔者在文中分析了原有动作时间测试仪和恢复时间测试仪的原理及其可改进之处,在此基础上研制出了新的综合时间测试仪。后者消除了原有仪器的许多不足之处,最大限度统一了两种测量的操作流程,在可靠性、成本和测量精度等方面都较原有仪器有明显的进步。

Abstract:The operating-time tA and recovering-time tR are the two most significant parameters of positive temperature coefficient thermistor (PTCR). The principle of the existing instrument for testing tA and tR of PTCRs is analyzed, and the improvement could be done is discussed. A new multi-function instrument for testing tA and tR is presented. The new one has many advantages, such as maximal unification of the two operating steps, higher reliability, higher precision and lower cost.
