摘    要:该文介绍了闵行发电厂9号炉减温器故障的诊断和消除方法,实践表明,通过热力测试、计算方法寻找造成热力系统中阻力异常变化的原因是可行和有效的。通过该文中的工作实施,发现并联布置两个流程的过热器系统,总压降异常变化必然造成两侧流量分配的异常,流量分配异常的危害远远大于压降增大的危害,应引起高度重视。

Abstract:The ways of trouble diagnosis and removal of the desuperheater on No.9 boiler in Min Hang Power Plant have been presented.It is practical and effective to find the reasons of abnormal drag variation in the thermal system through thermal test or calculation way.It is found that abnormal flow distribution in both sides would surely be made because of the abnormal variation of total pressure drop with parallel arrangement of two flow paths in the(Swuperheater) system.The detriment of abnormal flow distribution is more serious than that of increased pressure drop.
