全连铸电炉炼钢厂的年生产能力分析

摘    要:结合全连铸电炉(长材型)炼钢厂的3 种典型车间平面布置情况讨论了钢厂年生产能力与电炉出钢—出钢时间、连浇炉数的关系。结果表明:电炉与连铸机的配合方式制约着钢厂年生产能力的发挥,年生产能力所能达到的最大值取决于车间平面布置,可据此选择电炉与连铸机的最佳配合方式和车间平面布置方式。

Abstract:The influences of the interval between two tappings of EAF and heat number of series continuous casting on annual capacity are discussed, linking up with the three typical layouts of EAF steel plant for long products with continuous casting rate of 100 %. The result shows that the matching mode of EAF and CC rules the plant annual capacity, and the layout limits its maximum. According to this, the best matching mode of EAF and CC and plant layout can be selected.
