胜利油田窜聚井杆管偏磨机理及影响因素分析

摘    要:随着胜利油田八区、七区中、六区东南部等区块相继进入聚合物驱开发,出现了窜聚井,抽油机井偏磨问题日益突出,造成检泵周期缩短,井下作业工作量及待作业井数增加,生产成本上升,严重影响了油田的正常生产。统计2004年胜利油田165口窜聚抽油机井中,当年发生偏磨64口,占窜聚井总数的38.8%,与窜聚前2003年对比偏磨井数增加55口,偏磨比例增加33.3个百分点;偏磨原因检泵井占总检泵井比例由2003年的3.2%上升到27.1%,成为检泵作业的最主要原因。为此,自2004年起开展了窜聚抽油机井杆管偏磨治理技术研究。

Abstract:With blocks such as shengli Oil Field district 8,middle part of district 7 and the southeast part of district 6 entering polymer drive development in succession, polymer gather wells have arose, and wearing bias of oil pump well becomes serious increasingly, which results in shortening the pump examination cycle, larger work and greater costs of production, the normal production is affected seriously as a result, According to statistical data in 2004, there are 64 wearing bias of oil pump wells out of 165 polymer gather wells in shengli oil field .The percentage is 38.8%. compared with those in 2003, There are 55 more and the proportion of the Wearing bias increases by 33.3 % . The proportion of tested pumps for wearing bias to the total tested pumps goes up from 3.2% in 2003 to 27.1 % , which has became the main reason of testing pumps.Therefore, fom 2004, the technological research on it has been launched .
