| 摘 要： | 浅析了常规消泡的方法与效果，描述了风机消泡的实际设计方案。用风机与消泡器结合消泡，黑液内未能自然消除的泡沫借助压差引入黑液槽，用消泡器集中消泡，经消泡器消泡后的残余泡沫用风机抽吸通过气水分离器进一步处理。该方法优点突出，效果明显。

| Abstract: | The conventional defoaming methods and their effect are analyzed and the practical design proposal of the blower fan defoaming is described. To defoam with blower fan in connection with defoamer, the foam that cannot be naturally eliminated in the black liquor can be led into the black liquor by differential pressure, and then naturally defoamed with defoamer, and the remnant foams after defoaming can be sucked with the blower fan and further treated in a seperator. The advantages of the method are obvious with an apparent effect. |
