摘    要:以堇青石为基体制备了不同MgO改性的Ni基整体式催化剂,并对催化剂的结构和甲烷水蒸气催化重整反应性能进行了测试。XRD和H2-TPR结果表明,添加MgO不仅促进了催化剂上的NiO分散性能,而且增强了NiO与载体之间的相互作用。XPS结果表明,过量MgO的添加明显地降低了催化剂表面的Ni原子浓度,这是高MgO含量催化剂活性下降的主要原因。10%Ni/5%MgO/Si-Al/D催化剂具有较好的甲烷水蒸气催化重整催化性能,在反应温度800℃,空速27000mL/(g·h),V(H2O)/V(CH4)为2时,甲烷转化率为98.3%,CO的选择性为78.6%,n(H2)/n(CO)为3.6。

Abstract:A series of Ni-based monolithic catalysts with dichroite as support and modified by MgO were prepared and tested for steam reforming of methane. The XRD and H_2-TPR results indicated that the addition of MgO could promote the dispersion of NiO, and enhanced the interaction between NiO and support. The XPS results indicated that the addition of excess MgO obviously reduced the surface Ni atom concentration of the catalyst. 10%Ni/5% MgO/Si-Al/dichroite catalyst exhibited the best catalytic activity, and over this catalyst, under reaction temperature of 800℃, GHSV of 27000 ml.g~(-1).h~(-1), and steam/methane molar ratio of 2, methane conversion and carbon monoxide selectivity was 98.3% and 78.6%, respectively, and the volume ratio of hydrogen to carbon monoxide was 3.6.
