高海拔地区预中和氨化粒化法磷铵生产过程特点

摘    要:对高海拔地区预中和氨化粒化法磷按生产过程进行了分析,认为高海拔地区的自然环境与低海拔地区相比有较大的差异。在高海拔地区进行工艺参数选取和设备选型时必须考虑其特点,主要为干燥推动力大,各部分氨逸出量大,尾气处理最大,故相关设备的尺寸应适当加大。

Abstract:An analysis is made of ammonium phosphate production by the process of pre neutralization and ammoniation granulation in high elevation regions. It is believed that the natural environment in high elevation is greatly different from that in low elevation regions, so these characteristics must be taken into consideration in the selection of process parameters and equipment model in high elevation regions, chiefly large driving force for drying, large emission of ammonia at various sections, and large quantity of tail gas to be treated; consequently, the size of equipment at various sections should be larger.
