新型Gly-DPS树脂的合成及其对黄芩苷的吸附性能

摘    要:以聚苯乙烯为母体,通过硝化、氨基化、引入功能基等反应合成了具有氨基酸型功能基团大孔吸附树脂(Gly-DPS);研究了该树脂对黄芩苷的静态吸附、脱附、动态吸附、吸附动力学过程。结果表明,在体系pH为5.5,温度为25℃的条件下,树脂对黄芩苷的静态吸附量和动态吸附量分别为142.1 mg/g、49.4 mg/g。使用pH为8、70%乙醇水溶液作为洗脱剂,洗脱率可达94.3%。

Abstract:A new PS-macroporous resin(Gly-DPS resin)was synthesized by the process of nitrification,grafting reaction from polystyrene microsphere.The process of static adsorption,desorption,dynamic adsorption and adsorption kinetics of baicalin on Gly-DPS resin was investigated.Result showed that in the condition of the pH value is 5.5,the temperature is 25 ℃,the adsorption capacities of static adsorption and dynamic adsorption were 142.1mg/g and 49.4mg/g respectively,the yield of desorption was 94.3% when the concentration of ethanol is 70% and the pH value is 5.5.
