战术网络中基于策略的网络管理技术研究

网络中心战作为未来信息化作战的主要模式,将全面改变未来的部队建设和作战方式,对通信网络的高效运转也提出了更高的要求,从而导致网络管理系统必须采用更加智能和高效的管理方式来满足通信网络的管理需求,以适应高技术条件下军事斗争的需要。针对未来战术网络发展的主要特征,提出了基于策略的网络管理方式,并详细论述了基于策略的网络管理系统的架构设计和管理流程,最后阐述了涉及的关键技术。

Study on Policy-based Network Management in Tactical Network

As the main form of information war in the future, the network- centric warfare would completely change the training and battling pattern of the future armed forces. It requires the network to run fluently and efficiently, thus leading to more intelligent and effective network management, so as to achieve availability and maintenance and meet the requirement of war with high technology. Based on analysis of the emerging characteristics of tactical network, a policy-based network management method is proposed, and its architectural design, management flow and key technology are also discussed in this paper.
