| 摘 要： | 对定轴式动力换档变速箱在使用过程中出现的故障进行了分析,研究并制定了变速箱的齿轮支撑方式和冷却与润滑油路改进方案。经过长期试验,很好地解决了变速箱的故障问题,延长了其使用寿命,取得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the fault of fixed shaft power shift transmission gearbox in-service,establishes a scheme improving the gear support system and the cooling and lubrication oil circuit.Service test shows the fault of gearbox is solved well with this improvement,its service life is prolonged and favorable economic benefit is achieved. |
