微波辅助提取竹叶黄酮的研究

摘    要:用微波辐射技术辅助乙醇提取竹叶总黄酮的结果表明,微波辅助萃取的最佳工艺条件为:固液比为1∶25(w/w),溶剂乙醇的体积分数为60%,微波功率为600 W,辐射时间为6 min。在此条件下,竹叶中的总黄酮提取率可达2.93%。

Abstract:Flavones were extracted from bamboo leaf assisted with ethanol by microwave radition.The results indicated the best extraction conditions were as follows:the ratio of solid to liquid was 1/25(w/w),ethanol concentration was 60%(v/v),microwave radiation power was 600 W,extraction time was 6 min.Under these conditions,the extraction yield of flavones was 2.93%.
