摘    要:通过熔融聚合,制备了一种具有自引发功能的不饱和聚酯酰胺脲低聚物,并用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。分析了体系反应程度与低聚物固化性能的关系,同时研究了尿素用量对其自引发性能及固化后涂层性能的影响。结果表明,该低聚物能够在不使用引发剂的条件下,经30~60 s可实现固化,涂层硬度介于3~4 H。当原料中尿素摩尔分数在4%~5%,反应体系酸值控制在50左右时,低聚物的综合性能最佳。

Abstract:The synthesis of a new unsaturated polyster-urea resin showed obviously self-initiated behaviors in UV curing was investigated.The unsaturated polyster-urea resin was synthesized by direct melt polymerization and the structure of product was confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy.The relations of acid value and curing properties was analyzed,then the influence of urea addition on self-initiated behaviors and curing properties was investigated.The results showed that the polymer can be cured in 30~60 s without photoinitiator and the curable coatings can be achieved 3~4 H pencil hardness.When the molar fraction of urea is 4%~5% and the acid value of reaction system is 50,the comprehensive properties of the product are the best.
