摘    要:介绍了参数化设计的概念和UG/WAVE的基本功能,并利用UG/WAVE相关部件间建模技术以及参数化建模思想对某柴油机曲轴进行了参数化设计,解决了参数化设计中整体结构的更改及控制问题,缩短了设计时间,为产品设计团队的协同工作提供了一个良好的平台。

Abstract:The paper pointed out the concept of parametric design and described the basic functions of the UG/WAVE technology.Then it carried out a parametric design for a diesel engine crankshaft based on the modeling technology between relevant components.As a result,the paper solved the change and control problem of integral structure during the process of parametric design,which could cut down the design time and provided a friendly platform for the collaborative work of product design groups.
