水冷金属型离心铸管缩沟缺陷研究

摘    要:针对水冷金属型离心铸造球铁管生产中出现的缩沟以及断裂缩沟铸造缺陷进行了研究,表明了缩沟与断裂缩沟为不同类型的铸造缺陷,初步确定了缩沟形成的机理和影响因素,认为硅严重偏析降低了铁水的液相线,减缓了外壁的凝固速度,是缩沟缺陷形成的主要原因,从而为减少或消除缩沟明确了方向。

Abstract:Focusing on ditch defects and faulted ditch defects formed during the production of centrifugal casting pipe with water-cooled permanent mould,this paper indicated that ditch defects and faulted ditch defects were different type of cast defects.The paper preliminary determined the mechanism and influencing factor on the formation of ditch defects.The main causation of ditch defects was the element segregation of Si lead to the declining of liquidus and the slowing down of extine solidification.And this stud...
