摘    要:由于空气、冰、水的电容特性各不相同,采用条形电容极板模型测量空气、冰、水的电容变化可以间接判断冰层厚度.针对特定电容模型产生的微小电容变化,设计了一种基于交流阻抗法的电容采集系统,能够测量1pF~1 000μF的微小电容变化,从而实现对冰层厚度的自动化测量.

Abstract:Because of different capacitance characteristics of air,ice and water,ice layer thickness would be measured by the indirect way of capacitance change of three above mediums adopting bar-style capacitance plate model.To little capacitance change of particular capacitance model,the paper presents a capacitance measurement system based on impedance spectroscopy,which can measure little capacitance change from 1 pF to 1000 uf and realize the automatic measurement of ice layer thickness.
