| 摘 要： | 介绍了发展超分子化学药物的优势、应用及新进展。重点综述了:①超分子金属药物配合物的合成;②抗菌、抗癌超分子药物的合成;③超分子包结药物的合成及分子识别。展望了其广阔的应用前景,期望能在医药学、生命科学、材料科学及生物化学的应用上更有意义。

| Abstract: | The advantages,applications,and recent research progress of supramolecular pharmaceutical chemistry were introduced,focusing on synthesis of metallo-supramolecular coordination compounds,antibacterial supramolecular medicines,anticancer supramolecular medicines,and supramolecular inclusion medicines,as well as the molecular recognition.Future applications are prospected with the expectation of more significant developments in the fields of medicine,life science,material science,and biochemistry etc. |
