摘    要:针对连续退火过程中带钢表面的横向条纹问题,经过大量的现场实验与理论研究,结合连退机组的设备与工艺特点,同时兼顾到带钢的稳定性与振动抑制问题,提出一套连续退火炉内张力综合优化技术.通过对炉内张力的优化设定,不但保证了带钢运行过程中的稳定性,而且有效地抑制了带钢的振动,减轻了带钢表面的横向条纹,提高了带钢的表面质量,给企业带来了较大的经济效益.
