| 摘 要： | 介绍了LVR-60R催化剂在陕西延长石油集团公司榆林炼油厂60万t/a MIP装置上的工业应用的情况。结果表明,与原使用的LHO-1催化剂相比,使用LVR-60R催化剂后轻质油收率提高0.55%,总液收提高0.35%,干气产率和焦炭产率分别下降0.13%和0.23%,液化气中丙烯含量提高1.07%。汽油性质得到改善,烯烃含量降到26.8%,饱和烃含量增加2.6%。说明LVR-60R催化剂更有利于发挥MIP技术的优势。

| Abstract: | The commercial application of LVR-60R catalyst in the 0.6 Mt/a MIP unit of Yulin refinery was introduced.The results of performance test showed that compared with LHO-1 catalyst,the light oil yield and the total liquid yield increased by 0.55% and 0.35%,the dry gas yield and the coke yield decreased by 0.13% and 0.23%,propylene yield in LPG increased by 1.07% after using LVR-60 catalyst.The properties of gasoline were also improved,such as,the olefin content in the naphtha reduced to 26.8%,the saturated hyd... |
