Discussion on Realization of Real-Time Cost Management of Construction

Compared with quality management,safety management and contract management,cost management,whose biggest problem is how to acquire real-time cost information used for cost analysis or contrast and to find faults of cost during construction,is the most important control element in construction management. According to statistic document,most of construction company implement static management to control their project cost,which means establishing cost plan with construction budget before constructing;which means controlling current expense by experience and general estimate during constructing;which means summarizing final result after constructing. The paper presents an effective method and proceeding of real-time cost management in order to improve efficiency and management level of project management.
