| 摘 要： | 通过对唐山爱信齿轮有限责任公司刀具管理的现状分析，结合丰田生产方式的实施经验，创建了刀具后补充供给系统，论述了刀具送至生产线旁集配箱及刀具后补充定货的具体运作方法，并在实际应用中取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | According to the situation of the cutter management in the workshop of Tangshan Aisin Gear Co. LTD, combined with Toyota produce system, cutter management in after supplement system is established. This paper explained the conveying cutter to the fitting metal box near the produce line, and the way of ordering cutter in after supplement. Also, the good effect is made in practice. |
