泡沫金属电阻率的计算方法

摘    要:泡沫金属的孔率是一项易于测知和易于在制备过程中进行控制的特性指标,而其电阻摔在这两方面都比较困难。本文通过建立新的针对性理论公式,并与有关计算公式一起进行应用分析,找到了较合适的用孔率计算高孔率泡沫金属电阻率的方法,从而为多孔金属材料的整体优化和高孔率泡沫金属生产过程中电阻率指标的控制提供便利。

Abstract:It is difficult to manufacture metal foams using electrical resistivity as a control parameter and due to problems associated with simultaneous production and resistivity measurement. In this paper, some new theoretical formulas to describe the resistivity of highly porous metals are established. An approach is presented for calculation of the electrical resistivity of high porous metal foams as a function of porosity, This simple and convenient method enables the design of porous materials and the control of the electrical resistivity of metal foams.
