| 摘 要： | 本文结合调制和锁相理论，论证了数字信号直接调制锁相源的可行性。研制的Ｋａ波段锁相耿氏振荡器能实现２＾１５级８４４８ｋｂｉｔ／ｓ的数字信号直接调频。该技术能大大降低通信系统的成本。
