摘    要:对某1 000MW超超临界机组在调试期间首次启动过程中出现的振动爬升问题进行分析,根据现场采集的Bode图、测点趋势图和间隙电压等,对振动幅值和相位的变化过程进行跟踪,诊断出转子在临界转速下发生了动静碰摩故障,并通过对动静碰摩故障机理的分析进一步验证了判断的正确性,提出扩大动静部件间隙是现场处理动静碰摩故障的关键。

Abstract:The vibration fault in the initial start during commission of a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit is analyzed. According to Bode, measuring-point trend, gap voltage plot figures and so on acquired on site, the change process of vibration amplitude and phase is tracked. It is concluded that the rotor suffered rubbing at critical speed. The judgement is further verified through analyzing the rubbing mechanism. It is indicated that widening the gap between dynamic and static components is a key way to solve rubbing fault on site.
