浅谈核电工程设计阶段的投资控制

通过对核电工程设计各个阶段的描述,介绍了在不同的设计阶段需要由造价咨询单位或有经验的技经人员完成的相应工作,以及各设计阶段投资控制工作的重点,指出设计阶段是控制核电工程投资的一个重要环节。为提高核电的经济性,应从提高本土化率、大力推行标准设计和限额设计入手,做好核电工程的投资控制。
