应用碱性酚醛树脂砂制纯铜冷却板砂芯的工艺介绍

摘    要:纯铜冷却板的内腔砂芯材料采用水玻璃CO2砂,近年来由于纯铜冷却板结构设计的改进,内腔结构逐渐复杂,给纯铜冷却板的铸造过程带来难度.本文经过长期生产试验,根据生产条件及树脂砂的溃散性、发气量、强度性能,可使用时间与可脱模时间的关系因素,选用酯硬化碱性酚醛树脂砂制作纯铜冷却板砂芯,找出了合理的工艺方案,生产大批高质量纯铜冷却板.

Abstract:The water glass CO2 sand is adopted as the inner cavity sand core material in pure copper cooling plate, the inner cavity structure is more and more complicate with the structure design improvement of the pure copper cooling plate in recent years, which brings difficulties to the casting process of the pure copper cooling plate. By long-term production experiments, based on the production situation, the performances of resin sand, such as collapsibility, gas evolution and intensity, as well as the relationship factors of service time and demoulding time, the article selects alkaline phenolic resin for the sand core making, finds out the reasonable process scheme, produces large quantities of high-quality copper cooling plate.
