| 摘 要： | 隔膜泵的曲轴装配一直是装配的难点,我公司是利用V型托辊来实现曲轴的装配.这种装配方法是通过V型托辊在保证支撑的同时还能使曲轴绕轴线转动,使连杆顺利安装,从而完成曲轴的装配.这样既提高了装配精度,又提高了效率,符合现代化生产的需求.通过现场的反馈,V型托辊的设计和使用取得了良好的效果.

| Abstract: | The crank assembly in diap ery plant, in our company, we uses V hragm pump is always a difficult point for the assembly in machin- type supporting roller to accomplish the assembly. This assembly method can make the crank rotate around the axis while it ensures the supporting by V Type supporting roller, which makes the connecting rod to be installed smoothly, then finishes the crank assembly. This method both increases the assembly precision and raises the efficiency, which meets the requirements for modern production. Based on feedback from the field, the design and operation of V type supporting roll- er achieves good effect. |
