变频器在油田注水泵上的节能应用

摘    要:油田注水系统压力高、水量大,注水电动机大多数是大功率电动机,但油田注水站的额定流量与实际流量常常不相匹配,从而导致电动机长期处于高耗能状态。针对这一问题,提出采用变频调速装置对油田注水泵用电动机进行变速调节,以达到节能降耗的目的。文章介绍了变频系统的原理,对变频系统与原有系统进行了比较。采用变频控制方式后,不仅提高了注水系统的效率,节约了电能,而且延长了电动机的使用寿命,减少了维修工作量及成本。

Abstract:Oilfield water injection system features high pressure and a great amount of water. Its electric motors belong mainly in high-power motors. The rated flow of an oilfield water injection station often differs from the actual flow, causing electric motors to work in high energy consumption state for a long period. It is proposed to adopt variable frequency regulators regulating oilfield water injection pumps so as to reach the target of energy-saving. This paper introduces the principle of variable frequency system and compares it with the original system. With variable frequency control mode, the water injection system not only increases its efficiency and saves its energy consumption, but also prolongs service lives of motors and reduces maintenance workloads and costs.
