输入光偏振态对光纤干涉仪条纹可见度的影响

摘    要:文章分析了输入光偏振态对光纤Mach2Zehnder干涉仪条纹可见度和相位的影响,并通过实验进行验证。实验中,在干涉仪一干涉臂加入PZT相位调制器,通过示波器直接观测输入光偏振态对干涉仪输出光强波形的影响,并对输出波形变化进行了理论分析,验证了输入光偏振态对干涉仪可见度、相位的影响。

Abstract:In the letter the influence of input polarization on the fringe visibility and phase in fiberMach-Zehnder interferometer is described, an verification experiment is carried on. In the experiment, a PZT acting as phase-modula-tion is joined in an arm of interferometer, the change ofwaveform is observed due to different input polarization by os-cillograph. The change of waveform is in accordance with the theory analysis. The result of experiment verify the in-fluence of input polarization on visibility and phase.
