云南黄金集团数字化转型顶层设计及智能化建设实践

摘    要:数字经济的迅猛发展已经逐步在颠覆许多传统行业的运营模式,数字化转型也已成为有色金属行业在新时代取得核心竞争力和实现创新的重要方式。借助有色金属行业数字化转型背景,重点阐述了云南黄金集团在数字化转型方面所做的一些探索与实践,其在顶层架构设计和智能化工程建设实践(数据中心、无人驾驶运输系统、安全监测综合管控平台、MES、设备信息管理系统、集团私有云平台)方面取得的经验和成果,可为同行业推进数字化转型提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:The rapid development of the digital economy is gradually subverting the operating models of many traditional industries, digital transformation has also become an important way for the non-ferrous metal industry to achieve core competitiveness and innovation in the new era. This paper mainly uses the background of the digital transformation of the non-ferrous metal industry to focus on the exploration and practice of Yunnan gold Group in the aspect of digital transformation, the experience and achievements of Yunnan gold Group in top-level architecture design and engineering construction practice, including data center, driverless transportation system, comprehensive safety monitoring and control platform, MES, equipment information management system, and the group''s private cloud platform, can provide reference for the same industry to promote digital transformation.
