混流式水轮机可倾瓦轴承转子系统横向自振特性的研究

摘    要:针对实际机组,建立了一混流式水轮机轴系力学模型,采用Riccati传递矩阵法计算了可倾瓦导轴承刚度变化对轴系横向振动的三阶临界转速和模态振型的影响,结果表明可倾瓦导轴承轴颈涡动频率、瓦块惯性及瓦块支点位置在安装、调整时取值合理有助于提高系统的稳定性。

Abstract:A shaft system mechanics model of mixed flow turbine was set up for a practical power generating unit.The influences of variation of tilting pad bearing rigidity on three order critical rotation speed and modal vibration mode of transverse vibration of shaft system are analyzed by using Riceati transfer matrix.The results showed that the reasonable selection of the parameter values of the whirling frequency,inertia of tile and pivot position during their installation and adjustment period is helpful to enhance the stability of the system.
