| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育的不断普及,学生的总体理论知识水平提高,而实际动手能力普遍较差,与社会高技能人才的需求矛盾非常突出。结合国家推行的职业资格证书与学历证书并重的人才培养制度,建设性地提出了在高校中实施双证教育的对策与建议,具有一定的理论深度和实践指导意义。

| Abstract: | With the increasing popularization of higher education in our country, students have made progress theoretically, yet their practical ability is relatively poor, as a result, the demand for senior technical talents can not be answered. The paper, based on the talent cultivation system that emphasizes both professional qual- ification certificates and academic certificates, proposes the suggestions for conducting the double -certificate education in colleges and universities. |
