摘    要:本文针对黄姜提取皂素过程中存在的废水污染问题,提出了一种先将黄姜酶解发酵制取酒精,再水解提取皂素的方法,并通过正交试验确定了最佳的酶解发酵及水解工艺条件。实验结果表明,该工艺明显优于传统的提取方法,可大幅度缓解皂素水解液排放造成的环境污染问题。

Abstract:This paper mainly discussed the disadvantages of the extracting method of diosgenin, introduced a new technology of extracting diosgenin from yam , and utilized the starch in the yam to produce alcohol. The best conditions of enzymatic hydrolysis fermentation and acid hydrolysis were determined through orthogonal test. The results showed that the new method is evidently better than that of traditional methods and successfully solve environmental pollution.
