长江大跨越混凝土输电塔塔身损坏及处理

摘    要:我国长江大跨越混凝土输电塔修建较早,经过几十年的运行,塔身混凝土及钢筋都出现不同程度的腐蚀和损坏。通过对安徽省内2 处长江大跨越混凝土塔的现场检测和鉴定,分析长江大跨越混凝土塔存在的问题(如环向钢筋露筋锈蚀、混凝土表面粗糙、混凝土内纵向钢筋轻度锈蚀、混凝土裂缝、某些保护层厚度不满足要求、混凝土碳化),并提出了处理方案。

Abstract:The concretes and steels of the concrete towers used for Yangtze River-crossing large-span projects have been corroded and damaged to some extent after several decades of operation.Based on the field inspection of the concrete towers of two Yangtze River-crossing large-span projects in Anhui Province,this paper makes an analysis of the problems existing in the structure of the concrete towers,such as exposure and corrosion of reinforcement steels,surface roughing,cracking and carbonization of concrete,and proposes some treatment measures
