魔芋接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺/凹凸棒石复合材料的微观形貌分析

摘    要:以魔芋葡甘聚糖和凹凸棒石为原料,采用水溶液聚合法合成魔芋接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺/凹凸棒石复合材料。考察了魔芋用量和凹凸棒石用量对复合材料吸水倍率的影响。结果表明:当魔芋用量为丙烯酸单体质量的4%、凹凸棒石用量为6%时,复合材料的吸水倍率最高。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对不同魔芋用量、凹凸棒石用量制备的复合材料的微观形貌进行了观察,发现适量魔芋和凹凸棒石的加入改变了复合材料的微观结构,能提高复合材料的吸水性能,初步分析了魔芋接枝丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺/凹凸棒石复合材料的微观结构与吸水性能的关系。

Abstract:A novel superabsorbent composite of Konjac grafted acrylic acid-acrylamide/attapulgite using Konjac glucmannan(KGM),acrylic acid(AA),acrylamide(AM) and attapulgite(AT) was synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization.The effects of the amount of Konjac glucmannan and attapulgite on water absorbency were investigated.When the content of Konjac glucmannan was 4 % and the dosage of attapulgite was 6 %,respectively,the absorbancy of the composite was the highest.The structure and morphology of superabsorbent composites prepared with different amount of Konjac glucmannan and attapulgite were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the participant of AT and KGM appropriately can improve absorbancy of the composites which structure was changed.The relationship between microscopic morphology and the absorbancy of Konjac grafted acrylic acid-acrylamide/attapulgite composites had been preliminarily studied.
