呋喃加氢催化剂的筛选

摘    要:研究了呋喃为原料进行催化加氢制备四氢呋喃的反应,筛选制备了一系列的催化剂,并分析它们的催化性能,发现采用新型固相浸渍法制备的雷尼镍催化剂,在适当反应条件下可使原料的转化率接近95.0%,四氢呋喃的选择性达93.0%。

Abstract:The catalytic hydrogenation of furan to tetrahydrofuran(THF)was investigated. A series of catalysts were prepared and examined. It was found that Raney Ni catalyst was prepared by solidphase,the conversion of furan was almost up to 95.0% and THF was afforded over 93.0% yield uder the optimized reation condition.
